Job summary

The EHS Manager at Clayton Homes (New) Haleyville, AL, will oversee environmental, health, and safety programs at the home building facility. You will implement training, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive safety improvements to create a safe and healthful workplace.

Responsibilities include environmental compliance, incident investigation, workers’ comp administration, and leading safety committee initiatives in a multi-site, on-site role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• General understanding of EPA and OSHA regulations and state workers' compensation systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well with diverse personalities.
• Presentation skills and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all environmental compliance recordkeeping (monthly material usage, storm water, air permitting, etc.).
• Coordinate with environmental consultant during scheduled visits.
• Conduct Annual Storm water and other required training.
• Lead ISO certification and related meetings; support ISO Coordinator duties when needed.
• Promote team health by working with wellness initiatives.
