Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL) is seeking an EHS Support Specialist to join our team in Post Falls, Idaho. This role provides foundational support for Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) programs and processes, helping ensure a safe, healthy, and compliant workplace. Working under the guidance of experienced EHS professionals, you will assist with program administration, documentation, process execution, and communication while developing expertise in key EHS disciplines such as incident management, risk assessment, waste management, and industrial hygiene. As SEL continues to expand its operations in the region, this position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of both existing and developing facilities. The EHS Support Specialist will collaborate with internal teams to support EHS initiatives, promote awareness of safety and environmental standards, participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement efforts, and help maintain a strong culture of safety. The ideal candidate is a motivated team player with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a desire to build a career in Environmental Health & Safety.

$25.00 - 37.00 per hour. Our compensation ranges are based on the responsibilities of the role. Starting pay is determined individually and considers factors such as relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and training. Candidates may be considered at different levels based on their background. As a result, pay may vary to align with the level of the role.
