EHS Professional – Construction Support SEL is seeking an experienced EHS Professional – Construction Support to provide environmental, health, and safety leadership for construction, renovation, and capital improvement projects across SEL facilities. In this role, you will partner closely with project managers, contractors, facilities teams, and site leadership to ensure construction activities are completed safely and efficiently and in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and SEL safety expectations. The EHS Professional will support all phases of construction projects by identifying and mitigating risks, evaluating contractor safety performance, conducting field assessments, and promoting a culture where safety is integrated into every stage of project execution. This position plays a key role in protecting employees, contractors, visitors, and company assets while supporting SEL's commitment to operational excellence and responsible growth.

Pay Range Data: $89,400 - $134,100
We set starting pay based on job-related factors such as your experience, training, knowledge, and skills. We are looking to fill this position at the EHS Professional level, and we welcome applicants with a range of experience. Depending on your background, we may consider you for a different level, with compensation aligned accordingly.
