Job summary

Arvato is seeking an Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Specialist to promote a positive safety culture and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal standards. You will maintain safety programs, train associates, and lead a site safety committee while tracking KPIs for onsite management.

The role requires 3+ years of EHS experience, OSHA certifications, and strong communication skills. You will conduct risk assessments, audits, emergency drills, and ensure environmental regulatory

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Environment, Health & Safety experience.
• OSHA 10-hour or 30-hour certification required.
• Experience in emergency response planning and procedures.
• Strong communication skills necessary.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain safety programs and conduct trainings for associates.
• Lead safety committee and report KPI metrics to management.
• Perform risk assessments and conduct safety observations & audits.
• Coordinate incident reporting, investigations and root-cause analyses.
• Ensure environmental compliance and support client EHS requirements.
