Job summary

Arvato is a leading global 3PL provider focusing on supply chain management and e-commerce. The EHS Specialist will promote a positive safety culture, ensure compliance with OSHA and industry standards, and maintain a safe working environment across the site.

Responsibilities include training, safety audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, and reporting to onsite management. Preference given to candidates with a degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related fields and OSHA

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Environment, Health & Safety fields.
• OSHA 10-hour or 30-hour certification.
• Experience in emergency response planning and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and administer site-specific safety programs.
• Conduct trainings and coach associates on safety habits.
• Lead site safety committee and report KPIs to management.
• Perform risk assessments for jobs and new equipment.
• Support incident reporting, investigations and root-cause analyses.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and client EHS requirements.
