Job summary

Arvato is seeking an Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Specialist to promote a positive safety culture, ensure compliance with OSHA standards, and maintain a safe working environment across the site. You will develop and administer site safety programs, conduct training, lead the safety committee, track KPIs, perform risk assessments, and support incident investigations.

This role requires 3+ years in EHS, OSHA certification, and the ability to work with teams to prevent injuries and maintain

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an Environment, Health & Safety related field.
• OSHA 10-hour or 30-hour certification required.
• Experience in emergency response planning and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive safety culture and ensure compliance with OSHA and local/state/federal standards.
• Maintain site-specific safety programs and administer KPIs for onsite management.
• Lead and participate in a site safety committee and safety audits.
• Provide safety training to associates and coach observed work habits.
