You will maintain safety programs, conduct audits, and provide focused training to associates across the site in Utah, contributing to safe operations and regulatory adherence.

• 3+ years in EHS or related field.
• OSHA 10-hour or 30-hour certification.
• Experience with emergency response planning and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive safety culture and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain site safety programs and conduct trainings and coaching for associates.
• Lead a site safety committee and track key safety KPIs.
• Perform risk assessments for jobs and new equipment introductions.
• Support incident reporting, investigations and root cause analyses.
• Inspect safety-related equipment, PPE and procedures; ensure regulatory compliance.
