Job summary

Veolia is seeking an EHS Specialist to manage Health, Safety, and OSHA programs across multiple facilities. You will lead compliance efforts, perform incident investigations, and advise management on environmental and industrial health practices to ensure a safe workplace for all employees.

The role requires 3–5 years of EHS experience and a degree in OH&S, Engineering, or Environmental Science, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in OH&S, Engineering, or Environmental Science.
• 3–5 years of EHS experience.
• Strong knowledge of hazard recognition and control.
• Experience with OSHA compliance and incident investigations.

Responsibilities

• Lead compliance efforts with federal, state, local, and corporate EHS requirements.
• Analyze data and audit processes in ergonomics, emergency response, and other safety standards.
• Support and improve EHS programs to reduce hazards and risks in plants.
• Assist in leading EHS projects and required reports.
• Lead or support investigations of workplace incidents and perform root cause analyses.
