Job summary

Voyager Technologies, Inc. seeks an Environmental Health & Safety Specialist to lead EHS programs onsite in Penrose, CO, with planned transition to Pueblo, CO.

The role covers safety, environmental compliance, process safety, and emergency response, reporting to the Safety and Compliance Manager. The ideal candidate has a degree in EHS with multiple years of experience across disciplines and strong knowledge of OSHA, HazMat, DOT, and DoD safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in EHS with 2 years of experience or Master's in EHS with 1 year of experience or High School Diploma with 5+ years in EHS roles.
• Demonstrated experience across Safety, Environmental, IH, and Compliance disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, DOT HazMat, ATF explosives, and environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and improve EHS programs, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with OSHA, ATF explosives, DOT, PHMSA, and DoD standards.
• Identify risks and conduct incident investigations with root cause analyses.
• Support environmental and industrial hygiene programs and SDS management.
• Maintain EMR readiness and coordinate with Emergency Response Team.
