Job summary

Voyager Energetics Inc. seeks an Environmental Health & Safety Coordinator to support EHS programs across manufacturing and lab operations. Located onsite in Penrose, CO with a future move to Pueblo, CO, you will assist in compliance, hazard assessments, training, and incident investigations.

The role requires a degree in EHS or related field with experience, knowledge of OSHA standards, and strong organizational skills. Onsite duties will evolve with plant expansion and regulatory needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in environmental health & safety or related field with 1 year of experience OR Master's with 0 years OR 5+ years in EHS in lieu of degree.
• Proficiency in OSHA general industry standards and applicable federal/state regulations.
• Ability to conduct workplace inspections and communicate findings clearly.
• Strong organizational skills and maintain compliance documentation and logs.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory compliance support for OSHA, explosives, DOT/PHMSA and DoD manuals.
• Conduct facility hazard assessments and support corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate EHS records, training logs, incident documentation and SDS files.
• Assist in delivering safety training and track completion.
• Support incident investigations and track corrective actions to closure.
