Regal Rexnord’s Thomson Power Systems site in Arlington, TX seeks an EHS Specialist to drive environmental, health, and safety programs. The role focuses on proactive safety culture, regulatory compliance, incident investigations, and site-wide EHS leadership aligned with corporate goals.

The ideal candidate will lead training, data reporting, and corrective actions, collaborating with local and corporate teams to sustain robust EH&S controls and continuous improvement across the plant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety, environmental science, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all EHS initiatives and reporting for the Arlington site.
• Drive sustainability and manage waste, emissions, energy use.
• Coordinate with corporate EHS on plans, training, and corrective actions.
• Lead data collection and reporting on near misses and incidents.
• Interface with authorities and close regulatory findings on time.
• Co-chair the Joint Health and Safety Committee.
