ElectriBuilt in Fort Worth, Texas is seeking an experienced EHS professional to develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive environmental, health and safety programs across our manufacturing operations. You will provide guidance, training, and technical support on regulatory compliance and safety best practices to plant leadership and production teams.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a safety-related field and 5+ years in manufacturing EHS, with strong knowledge of OSHA and EPA

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in safety/health/industrial hygiene.
• 5+ years in environmental health & safety in manufacturing/industrial setting.
• Knowledge of OSHA General Industry standards and EPA regulations.
• Experience with machine guarding, LOTO, industrial hygiene, hazardous materials management.
• Excellent communication and training skills.
• Proven ability to diagnose problems and drive solutions with initiative.
• Strong collaboration and organizational skills.
• LEAN methodologies experience preferred. CSP/ASP certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develops, implements, and maintains EHS policies, procedures, and programs for the manufacturing facility, ensuring OSHA, EPA, and local regulations compliance.
• Conducts routine safety inspections and audits of production floors and facilities to identify and correct hazards.
• Collaborates with production teams to develop safe rigging plans and incident prevention measures.
• Leads investigations of injuries, illnesses, near-misses and environmental incidents, determining root causes and corrective actions.
• Oversees workers' compensation claims process and return-to-work programs.
• Manages environmental compliance activities including hazardous waste, chemical handling, and air/water permitting and reporting.
• Develops and delivers EHS training programs for employees and supervisors.
• Maintains OSHA recordkeeping and safety documentation; analyzes leading/lagging indicators.
• Manages safety management systems and incident-tracking software.
• Partners with operations to integrate safety into process design and new product launches.
• Leads emergency preparedness planning and inspections by regulatory authorities.
• Provides coaching on safe work practices and disciplinary guidance as needed.
• Promotes LEAN and continuous improvement to optimize operations.
