Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker is seeking an EH&S Specialist for our Jackson, Tennessee distribution center on the 2nd shift to support daily EHS operations on site. You will drive regulatory compliance, lead training on OSHA requirements, and maintain ISO-aligned EHS programs across the facility.

The role requires 3-5 years in warehouse EHS, strong communication, data analysis, and proficiency with MS Office and EHS data systems. You will report to the EHS Manager and work closely with all departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Health & Safety or Environmental Sciences preferred.
• 3-5 years’ experience maintaining an EHS culture in a warehouse environment.
• Knowledge of 29 CFR 1910 standards.
• Strong oral and written communication, analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily EHS support at the Jackson Distribution Center and assist other sites as needed.
• Maintain EHS management system plans, ISO certifications, and regulatory interfaces.
• Provide training on OSHA compliance, new hire safety orientation, and hazard awareness.
• Assist in annual EHS audits and implement corrective actions.
• Investigate safety incidents and perform root cause analysis.
