Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker is hiring a Warehouse Team Lead for the 3rd shift (12am-8am) at our Jackson, TN distribution center. You will lead on-site warehouse operations, supervise staff, and ensure accurate material handling, inventory control, and safe, efficient workflow.

The role requires a high school diploma, 2+ years in a distribution/logistics setting, and prior supervisory experience. Proficiency with WMS platforms like JDA is preferred, with strong organizational and communication skills

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in a distribution center, warehouse, or logistics environment.
Prior experience in a lead or supervisory role strongly preferred.
Proficiency with JDA Warehouse Management System and Exacta, or similar WMS platforms.
Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Manually load and unload materials from trucks, containers, and pallets.
Stack, organize, and wrap pallets for storage or shipment.
Sort and place materials on racks, shelves, or in bins.
Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate records of materials handled.
Perform general labor tasks such as sweeping, cleaning, and maintaining a safe work area.
Operate basic warehouse equipment as needed.
Follow safety procedures and company policies.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow.
