Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Health & Safety or Environmental Sciences preferred.
• 3–5 years’ experience implementing EHS culture in a warehouse.
• Broad knowledge of 29 CFR 1910 standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain site EHS management system plans, including ISO certifications.
• Provide guidance on regulatory compliance to Supervisors and Managers.
• Deliver training on OSHA compliance and site safety.
• Develop programs to improve workplace health and ergonomics.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal safety/health regulations.
• Liaise with government agencies on regulatory issues.
• Lead annual EHS audits and oversee corrective actions.
• Maintain OSHA 300 logs and injury/illness metrics.
• Drive near-miss reporting and behavior-based safety initiatives.
• Investigate incidents and perform root cause analysis.
• Monitor evolving safety standards and implement updates.
• Provide leadership for site security and C-TPAT compliance.
• Supervise EHS employees, including training and development.
