Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety or related field.
• 3–6 years of progressive EHS experience in complex operations.
• Experience interpreting OSHA/WISHA regulations and leading risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead proactive safety culture with hazard awareness and continuous improvement.
• Manage OSHA/WISHA/DOSH reporting and incident investigations.
• Support EMS and environmental compliance programs; drive corrective actions.
• Conduct workplace risk assessments and audits; track improvements.
• Deliver EHS training and communicate safety requirements across departments.
