TRIUMPH, based in Yakima, WA, seeks a seasoned EHS professional to lead environmental, health, and safety programs for aerospace manufacturing and MRO activities. You will drive hazard analysis, incident investigations, and regulatory reporting while collaborating with HR, Operations, and Facilities to ensure a safe work environment.

The role requires 3–6 years of EHS experience, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and strong knowledge of OSHA/WISHA regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety or related field.
• 3–6 years of progressive EHS experience in complex industrial operations.
• Independent interpretation of OSHA and WISHA/DOSH regulations; manage reporting and risk assessments.

Responsabilités

• Champion a proactive safety culture focused on hazard awareness and continuous improvement.
• Lead the Safety Committee with effective meetings and follow‑through.
• Support emergency preparedness through planning, drills and documentation.
• Administer core safety programs such as lockout/tagout and safe work practices.
• Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and verify corrective actions.
• Manage return‑to‑work and accommodation processes with HR and site leadership.
