Job summary

Aegis Worldwide is seeking an experienced Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager for a large-scale manufacturing operation in Yakima, WA. This role leads the site’s EHS strategy, drives OSHA/EPA compliance, and collaborates with Operations, HR, Quality and Maintenance to improve safety performance.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of EHS leadership in manufacturing, strong incident investigation skills, and hands-on ability to balance strategic leadership with daily duties.

Qualifications

5+ years of EHS leadership in manufacturing
Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety management systems
Experience with environmental compliance, permitting, and reporting

Responsibilities

Lead site-wide EHS strategy and compliance programs
Ensure OSHA/EPA and local environmental compliance
Conduct audits, risk assessments, and investigations
Develop safety training programs and manage workers' comp processes
Supervise EHS staff and coordinate emergency preparedness
Collaborate with Operations, HR, Quality, and Maintenance
