Job summary

Alignment Engine Inc. in Chillicothe, Ohio, seeks an experienced EHS leader to own campus environmental, health, and safety programs, training, permits-to-work, and regulatory interfaces. On-site, you will build and supervise a compliant, safe operating environment.

Qualifications

• Track record building and leading teams through commissioning and early operations.
• Working knowledge of applicable codes and standards for the discipline.

Alignment Engine Inc. ("Alignment") operates the high-performance computing and NeuralSync electronics-manufacturing operations at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus — a multi-employer industrial site in Chillicothe, Ohio, where advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure operate side by side as the campus re-industrializes. We hire across the disciplines required to run our operations, on a rolling basis as capacity ramps.

The role.

Own environmental, health, and safety for the campus: programs, training, permits-to-work, and regulatory interfaces.

• Build the site EHS program: LOTO, confined space, hot work, working at heights
• Own incident investigation and corrective actions
• Manage environmental compliance tasks and records
• Run safety training and contractor safety orientation

Pay range:
