Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, seeks an EHS Coordinator to coordinate onboarding and manage safety trainings while reinforcing safe behaviors. You will lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and training for supervision, ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will also update programs and communicate safety topics across all job classifications, including ergonomic and environmental duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/equivalent required; safety-related certification is a plus.
• Environmental experience and industrial setting exposure preferred.
• Experience in training/public speaking is preferred.
• Familiar with OSHA and federal/state safety, health and environmental regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong written and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new hire onboarding and manage safety trainings.
• Conduct safety training and communications annually and during onboarding.
• Participate in incident investigations and determine corrective actions.
• Provide training on incident investigation and root cause analysis.
• Update training programs and communicate safety topics daily.
