Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure is seeking an EHS Coordinator to partner with operations, analyze manufacturing processes for hazards, and guide teams in implementing best safety practices. You will support daily safety and environmental requirements across crews with backing from regional EHS leadership.

This role emphasizes coaching, incident investigation, training delivery, and developing safe operating procedures to meet regulatory requirements. Castroville, TX plant location.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication across departments to enable seamless EHS integration.
• Extensive knowledge of OSHA CFR 1910 and environmental regulations.
• Basic knowledge with Lock Out Tag Out, Working at Heights, Confined Space, and Lifting Operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide a strong on-the-floor presence to coach management, supervisors and employees toward safe behaviors.
• Investigate incidents and establish corrective/preventive actions within IMS.
• Coordinate with Area EHS Manager to maintain Environmental, Health and Safety programs.
