Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure is seeking an EHS Coordinator to coordinate new hire onboarding and manage safety trainings while handling incident investigations and hazard analysis. You will reinforce safe behaviors and conditions across our manufacturing environments.

The role requires coordinating training programs, participating in risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with OSHA and corporate safety standards. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Safety-related degree or certification (OSHA, NSC, ASSE) is a plus.
• Environmental experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct safety awareness and onboarding trainings annually and for new hires.
• Participate in incident investigations and identify corrective actions.
• Provide training on incident investigation and root cause analysis for supervisors.
• Provide training on behavior-based safety and track safety data.
• Communicate safety topics through daily huddles and postings.
• Review and maintain safety programs for compliance with corporate policies.
