Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Workplace Health & Safety Specialist to lead safety programs, audits, and training across our facilities. You will partner with frontline teams to drive a proactive safety culture and reduce incidents, while ensuring compliance with OSHA and company policies.

You will analyze incident data, support emergency response, and coach leadership on safety best practices, contributing to a safer, more productive workplace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in EHS or related field preferred.
• 1+ year of Environmental Health & Safety experience or related safety work, or six months with Amazon safety exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety program development and execution with data-driven strategies; conduct daily safety audits, investigations, and risk assessments.
• Advocate for associate wellbeing and foster a culture of safety through coaching, collaboration, and communication.
• Translate safety data into actionable insights to influence improvements and training across sites.
