Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Workplace Health & Safety Specialist to lead safety programs, audits, and training across the site. You will act as a safety advisor, advocate for associates, and partner with leadership to embed safety in daily operations.

The role requires experience in EHS or a related safety field, knowledge of OSHA 29 CFR 1910, and strong communication skills to drive a proactive safety culture at one of the world’s leading logistics networks.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year in an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) field OR a Bachelor’s degree in EHS-related background OR 6 months of safety-related work within Amazon.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations specifically 29 CFR 1910.
• Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel in a professional capacity.
• Experience maintaining confidentiality in matters involving security and/or personnel issues in the workplace.
