Job summary

Fanatics, a global leader in sports commerce, seeks a Safety Manager to build and run an enterprise-wide environmental, health, and safety program. You will develop policies, oversee compliance, and partner with operations to protect workers and the environment.

You will lead training, conduct risk analyses, and drive incident investigations while promoting continuous safety improvements across production facilities and offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in an EHS management role.
• OSHA 30-hour certification, First Aid/CPR certification, and/or other EHS certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal environmental, health, and safety laws (OSHA, EPA, DOT).
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve EHS policies, programs, and training.
• Manage hazard assessments, risk analysis, and safety audits.
• Lead safety training programs and orientations for all employees.
• Investigate workplace incidents, document findings, and recommend corrective actions.
• Oversee environmental stewardship, waste management, and sustainability initiatives.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive continuous safety improvements.
