Job summary

Fanatics is seeking a Safety Manager to lead environmental, health, and safety programs across our facilities. You will develop policies, perform hazard analyses, and coordinate emergency drills while ensuring regulatory compliance and fostering a strong safety culture.

You will lead investigations, manage audits, and collaborate with leaders to drive continuous improvements in safety performance. A bachelor's in a related field and OSHA/EHS certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety or related field required.
• Master’s or professional certifications (CSP, CIH, CHMM) are a plus.
• OSHA 30-hour certification and First Aid/CPR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal EHS laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement EHS policies, programs, and training.
• Manage hazard assessments, risk analysis, and safety audits.
• Coordinate emergency response plans and drills.
• Lead safety training and orientations for all employees.
• Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee waste management, hazardous materials handling, and sustainability initiatives.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive continuous safety improvements.
