Job summary

Global Finishing Solutions is seeking an EH&S Manager to lead safety strategy, programs, and culture across manufacturing operations and field teams. This is a hands-on leadership role working directly with employees, supervisors, managers, field teams, and subcontractors to translate safety expectations into everyday behaviors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety & Health or related field with 10+ years of safety experience.
• Proven safety leadership with measurable results influencing all levels of the organization.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, DOT/FMCSA, EPA and other environmental regulations.
• Experience supporting remote and field teams and safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and strengthen a safety culture where ownership of an incident-free workplace is promoted.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA, DOT/FMCSA, EPA, DNR and other safety/environmental requirements.
• Develop safety programs, written plans, onboarding, and training that address regulatory requirements and real workplace risks.
• Stay visible across manufacturing and field operations, including travel to North American project locations for hands-on safety support.
• Lead safety committees and employee engagement initiatives to make safety a part of the GFS culture.
