Job summary

Fanatics Collectibles is seeking a Safety Manager to lead environmental, health, and safety programs across our operations. You will develop policies, train staff, and ensure regulatory compliance to protect workers and the environment.

The role requires hands-on risk assessment, incident investigations, and collaboration with facilities and operations teams to drive continuous improvements. This is a full-time position located in Texas.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT regulations and reporting.
• Experience developing and implementing health, safety, and environmental programs.
• Ability to assess risks, perform audits, and drive corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal environmental, health, and safety laws and regulations.
• Develop, implement, and improve EHS policies, programs, and training.
• Organize safety training for all employees and conduct orientations.
• Lead investigations of incidents, document findings, and track corrective actions.
• Oversee environmental compliance, waste management, and sustainability initiatives.
• Analyze safety data and collaborate with leadership to drive improvements.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to enhance safety performance.
