Job summary

Engineered Systems is seeking an experienced Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to lead and continually improve our safety and environmental programs across service, installation, and in-shop operations.

This role will partner with leadership and field teams to drive a proactive safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance, conduct inspections and incident investigations, deliver training, and maintain documentation and safety metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in safety-related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years EHS in industrial environments.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and heavy equipment safety.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain EHS policies and training programs.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Ensure OSHA compliance across shop, field, and service operations.
• Coordinate with site safety reps and customers.
• Maintain safety documentation and metrics.
