Job summary

G-CON is seeking a Safety Coordinator to lead environmental, health, and safety programs across our manufacturing operations, offices, and project sites in Texas. You will ensure OSHA compliance, develop training, audits, and policy documentation to support a proactive safety culture.

This full‑time role requires a Bachelor's degree in EHS or related field and at least 5 years of relevant experience. You will chair the Safety Committee, investigate incidents, monitor regulatory changes, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Health & Safety or related field, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years EHS experience in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations (29 CFR 1910/1926).
• Experience developing and delivering employee safety training.
• Experience conducting incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage environmental, health, and safety programs.
• Create and maintain safety policies, JSAs, SWPs, and other EHS docs.
• Coordinate safety training for manufacturing, office, and field staff.
• Conduct facility inspections/audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance.
• Lead or participate in incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Maintain safety records, training docs, OSHA logs, and regulatory reporting.
• Coordinate contractor safety requirements on projects.
