Job summary

The role ensures regulatory compliance with OSHA, EPA, and state/local rules while fostering a culture of safety and stewardship. You will work with production, maintenance, quality, and leadership teams to reduce risks, prevent injuries, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
• Experience with OSHA and EPA regulations in manufacturing environments
• Ability to conduct incident investigations and root cause analyses
• Experience maintaining regulatory records and compliance reports

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and safe work practices
• Ensure OSHA, EPA and local environmental permits compliance
• Participate in EHS audits and implement corrective actions
• Conduct routine safety inspections of manufacturing equipment and processes
• Perform risk assessments for production activities and equipment
• Investigate injuries and environmental incidents; identify root causes
• Coordinate EHS training including LOTO, PPE, and emergency response
• Manage Hazard Communication, SDS, and environmental programs
• Drive continuous improvement to strengthen safety and environmental compliance
