Job summary

Sensaria is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) Coordinator I to support and maintain safety programs on our Grand Prairie, TX production floor. The role partners with operations, maintenance, engineering, and leadership to ensure OSHA compliance, reduce hazards, and foster a proactive safety culture.

This onsite position requires 1–3 years of EH&S experience in manufacturing, strong communication, and the ability to work with employees at all levels.

Qualifications

• Experience with OSHA regulations, machine guarding, LOTO, and hazard communication.
• Strong documentation, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work on the manufacturing floor and interact with employees at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Train employees on machine safety, LOTO, PPE, hazard communication, and emergency response
• Conduct regular production floor inspections, JSAs, and risk assessments
• Support compliance with OSHA and state regulatory requirements for manufacturing operations
• Respond to workplace incidents and near misses on the manufacturing floor
• Support incident investigations, including root cause analysis and corrective action tracking
• Lead and document annual hearing and auditory testing
• Drive daily PPE compliance across the floor
