Job summary

IFABCORP is seeking a Safety Compliance Manager to promote a safe workplace by developing and implementing safety policies. Responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, leading incident investigations, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of safety management experience in an industrial setting and a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field. Professional certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in safety management, preferably in industrial or manufacturing.
• Professional certifications such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP) are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce safety procedures aligned with industry regulations.
• Conduct regular risk assessments to identify and mitigate workplace hazards.
• Lead incident investigations to document findings and implement corrective actions.
