Job summary

Shirley Parsons is partnering with a growth-oriented manufacturer in Wisconsin to hire an EHS Manager who will guide safety initiatives across plant and field operations. You will support regulatory compliance, lead training programs, conduct audits, and assist with incident investigations while fostering a proactive safety culture across the organization.

This role offers hands-on experience in an industrial setting and requires 2+ years of EHS experience and practical knowledge of OSHA

Qualifications

• 2+ years of safety, compliance, environmental health and safety, or related operational support experience.
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations, workplace safety practices, and incident reporting processes preferred.

The Role
