Job summary

Ceco Concrete Construction is seeking an EHS Coordinator to support environmental, health, and safety programs. You will organize documentation, coordinate compliance activities, and ensure employees follow safety requirements on active construction sites.

The role requires 2–3 years of administrative or coordination experience, strong data-entry skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and safety software. Work is on-site with a focus on field safety and training compliance.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of administrative, clerical, or coordination experience.
• Strong data entry and recordkeeping skills.
• Experience maintaining electronic and paper files.
• Advanced command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and various business software.
• Ability to track training, certifications, inspections, incidents, and compliance documentation.
• Ability to follow procedures and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of safety and training data for the construction group.
• Manage file organization and data retention supporting database information.
• Report and maintain OSHA logs and state reporting using safety software.
