Job summary

Pavement Preservation Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced EH&S Manager to lead safety programs across our Kansas City operations. You will ensure OSHA compliance, conduct audits, investigate incidents, manage workers’ compensation, and train staff on safety policies.

The role collaborates with site teams to identify hazards, implement corrective actions, and develop corporate safety programs. Travel to project sites is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Safety or Safety Management required.
• 5+ years of safety experience preferred, with OSHA background.
• Strong communication, training, and incident analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment; ensure OSHA compliance.
• Investigate incidents and near-misses; determine root causes and corrective actions.
• Manage Workers’ Compensation cases; document and follow-up.
• Develop and implement corporate safety programs and policies.
• Train employees on safety protocols; conduct annual safety trainings.
• Travel to sites for audits, inspections, and training as needed.
