Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Workplace Health & Safety Specialist (WHSS) to lead safety program excellence at delivery stations, conducting audits, investigations, and risk assessments to prevent injuries and boost safety culture.

You will advocate for associates, partner with frontline teams and leadership, deliver engaging training, analyze safety data, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining efficient operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in EHS-related field preferred or 1 year EHS experience.
• Experience with OSHA 29 CFR 1910 regulations is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily safety audits, incident investigations, and risk assessments.
• Develop and deliver safety training to associates.
