Qualifications

High school or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year in an EHS-related field.
Bachelor’s degree in an EHS-related background or 6 months safety role at Amazon.
Knowledge of OSHA 29 CFR 1910.
Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Experience in emergency response and First Aid/CPR certificates.
Experience in workers' compensation case management.

Responsibilities

Drive safety programs through data-driven strategies and audits.
Lead incident investigations and risk assessments.
Deliver safety training and champion continuous improvement.
Advocate for associate wellbeing and coach leadership.
Assist emergency response at the site.
