Benchmark Electronics is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety Leader to oversee EHS programs across the division, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. The role acts as a consultant across divisions as needed and drives safety training and incident investigations.

You will manage workers' compensation processes, return-to-work programs, and maintain detailed records and reports while leading environmental compliance efforts, including OSHA logs and EPCRA reporting.

Qualifications

• 4 year technical degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience as approved by executive management.
• 5+ years of environmental, health and safety experience; 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Demonstrated confidentiality and strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversees environmental, health, safety programs, and related trainings for the division.
• Performs scheduled safety, environmental and ISO-14001 audits/inspections.
• Handles workers' comp issues and return-to-work processes, participates in case management meetings.
• Leads safety committees, conducts accident investigations and maintains reports.
