• Develop and lead EHS programs for manufacturing and on-site commissioning environments.
• Promote proactive risk identification, hazard prevention, and continuous improvement.
• Provide leadership to EHS teams, safety officers, and site safety coordinators.

• Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and drills at facilities and customer sites.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, NFPA and applicable standards; maintain and update EHS policies.
• Lead investigations of incidents, near misses, and property damage; ensure corrective actions are documented.
