Job summary

Qualifications

• 4-year technical degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience as approved by executive management.
• 5+ years of environmental, health and safety experience.
• 3+ years in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee environmental, health and safety programs across the division.
• Manage training and ensure coworker safety; conduct inspections and audits.
• Handle workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs; participate in case management.
• Lead safety committee and investigations; maintain related reports and records.
• Coordinate drug testing and pre-employment screenings; ensure compliance with policy.
