Job summary

Sika Corporation is seeking a seasoned Environmental Health & Safety leader for the Brighton, CO site with additional support to a Denver facility. You will develop and manage EHS programs, drive regulatory compliance, and foster a safety-first culture.

The role emphasizes training, risk assessments, and incident investigations to protect employees and operations. The ideal candidate has 5–10 years in safety, strong knowledge of EPA/OSHA requirements, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in occupational safety, environmental health science, or similar degree.
• 5-10 years professional experience in occupational safety, environmental, or similar role(s).
• CSP or CIH and/or MS preferred.
• Knowledge of EPA/OSHA regulations and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop, organize, administer, and maintain EH&S programs for the Brighton, CO site and Denver area.
• Lead regulatory efforts, environmental compliance, process safety and sustainability.
• Coach leadership on safe behaviors and safety culture.
• Lead and manage EHS trainings, risk assessments, incident investigations, and emergency response.
• Utilize EHS systems like Sphera, HSI SDS Program, and Gensuite.
