Sika is seeking a senior Environmental, Health & Safety leader to oversee site EHS, ergonomics, and risk management at our Marion, OH location. You will coach leadership on safe behaviors, drive training programs, and lead major hazard analyses to strengthen our safety culture and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years in safety or EH roles, a chemical/manufacturing background, and CSP/CIH or MS qualifications.

Qualificações

• 5-10 years professional experience in occupational safety, environmental, or similar role(s).
• Chemical or similar manufacturing backgrounds preferred.
• CSP or CIH and/or MS preferred.
• Strong verbal, written, analytical and influence skills.
• Knowledge of EPA (Environmental) OSHA (Occupational Safety), EPA RMP (Risk Management Plan) and related regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead site in Environmental, Health & Safety, Ergonomics, Industrial Hygiene and Emergency Response.
• Coach leadership on safe behaviors and safety culture improvement.
• Lead and manage EHS training and risk assessments (HIRA, JHA/JSA).
• Participate in Gemba/Safety walks and incident investigations.
• Integrate Corporate/Regional EHS programs into daily operations.
