Job summary

Sika in Gastonia, NC seeks an experienced Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) professional to develop, administer, and maintain the Company’s EH&S program. The role aims to minimize injuries, ensure compliance with federal, state, and international policies, and drive continuous safety improvements across operations.

You will lead incident investigations, training, audits, and regulatory reporting, coach leaders on safe practices, and integrate corporate EH&S standards into daily work while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in safety, health, or environment related field.
• Experience in occupational safety and environmental programs.
• Knowledge of EPA/OSHA regulations and reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead Environmental, Health & Safety program management and compliance.
• Coach leadership on safe behaviors and practices to improve safety culture.
• Develops training and reviews Job Hazard/Safety Analyses (JHA/JSA).
• Lead near-miss and incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• coordinate regulatory reporting and integration of programs company-wide.
