Job summary

C.H. Guenther is seeking an EHS Manager to lead and integrate environmental, health, and safety programs across our Texas facility. This hands-on role will train staff, drive regulatory compliance, and advance a safe, productive culture.

Responsibilities include managing OSHA/EPA compliance, risk assessments, incident investigations, audits, training, and reporting. Bachelor's in related field and 5+ years in food manufacturing preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, or a related field.
• ASP or CSP a plus but not required.
• 5+ years of experience in EHS management, preferably in food manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory agencies.
• Lead EHS permitting processes and liaise with local authorities.
• Drive EHS programs, data collection, and continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular EHS audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
• Provide EHS training and promote a safety culture.
