Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Engineering, or related.
• 8+ years of progressive EHS experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Experience leading EHS across multiple production lines or facilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide site-level EHS leadership and strategy for complex operations.
• Drive regulatory compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and state/local regs.
• Lead risk assessments and implement robust controls.
• Own site-wide EHS programs and continuous improvement.
• Oversee incident investigations and emergency response readiness.
• Analyze EHS metrics and report to leadership.
• Coach leaders to build an ownership-based EHS culture.
