Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in EHS with focus on safety
• Intermediate to advanced Excel/Word/PowerPoint
• Willingness to travel ~20%
• OSHA compliance and incident investigation experience

Aufgaben

• Provide safety training for site leadership and employees
• Advise on EHS compliance concerns and preventive actions
• Develop/review site risk assessments and job hazard analyses
• Coordinate safety committee meetings and actions
• Maintain and verify training records
• Implement corporate EHS programs and training materials
• Input safety considerations on PPE with QA representatives
• Ensure OSHA/state/federal regulatory compliance
• Report and manage workers' compensation claims
• Conduct incident investigations and root-cause analyses
• Collaborate with HR on return-to-work programs
• Assist engineering with environmental reporting and program development
• Develop and manage plant safety audits and corrective actions
• Share best practices across sites
• Allocate department resources
• Support a flexible schedule
• Perform other duties as assigned
