Job summary

Google in Muskogee, OK seeks an Environmental, Health, and Safety Program Manager for Operations in CSRM. You will lead cross-functional projects spanning data centers, manage EHS initiatives, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure compliance and safe operations.

Responsibilities include EHS risk assessments, incident analysis, AHJ coordination, and implementing safety programs across locations, with a focus on continuous improvement and regulatory conformance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience with Environmental Health and Safety Regulations in a data center or similar mission critical environments.
• Experience communicating with AHJ's (Federal, State, and Local Authorities) for notifications and permit conformance.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate issues, propose solutions, and identify needs to develop or improve EHS Operations tools/processes. Evaluate incident data and track corrective actions.
• Evaluate EHS impact during data center design reviews, equipment, and process changes. Perform EHS risk evaluations and define process controls for new processes.
• Ensure comprehensive Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) compliance, manage permits/KPIs. Provide site ownership and drive EHS turn-up of new locations with little supervision, demonstrating complete campus EHS ownership.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, managing dependencies. Own site-based EHS decision-making and serve as a recognized Subject Matter Expert (SME) in multiple EHS verticals.
• Lead the full life-cycle of EHS programs, which may extend beyond your immediate team, manage operational and technical improvements.
