Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience with Environmental Health and Safety Regulations in a data center or similar mission critical environments.
• Experience communicating with AHJ’s (Federal, State, and Local Authorities) for notifications and permit conformance.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional EHS programs for Data Centers and Technical Infrastructure.
• Collaborate with Google Data Center departments and contractors to identify EHS concerns, risk identification and mitigation.
• Ensure AHJ compliance, manage permits and KPIs for sites.
• Provide site ownership and drive EHS turn-up of new locations with minimal supervision.
• Serve as SME in multiple EHS verticals and advise/coach with employees to improve outcomes.
• Lead the full lifecycle of EHS programs and drive operational and technical improvements.
