Job summary

Google is seeking a Program Manager for Environmental, Health, and Safety in Wichita Falls, TX. You will lead complex, multi-disciplinary EHS programs for data centers and infrastructure, coordinating with cross-functional teams to plan requirements, manage schedules, identify risks, and report progress.

You will ensure AHJ compliance, maintain permits, monitor KPIs, and drive incident analysis and corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in program or project management.
• 2 years of experience in EHS management systems or managing EHS compliance with environmental programs (e.g., emissions, wastewater).
• Ability to travel (0% - 10%).

Responsibilities

• Manage EHS programs and projects to improve business operations and technical aspects.
• Ensure compliance with AHJ regulations, maintain permits, and monitor KPI performance.
• Execute and manage site EHS compliance calendar tasks/requirements.
• Evaluate incident data and track corrective/preventive actions to closure.
• Organize and execute meetings, reports, and site plans.
